L'Oreal Color Riche L'Extraordinaire Liquid Lipsticks!

So as some of you may know/remember from my MaxFactor post: http://januarybeautyful.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/quick-review-of-maxfactors-new-wild.html
I am a member of the Boots tester panel and so they sometimes send me things for free to try! Which is super nice of them and it's always a nice surprise to have a package waiting when I get home!!
I have had all sorts from toothpaste to really expensive Charles Worthington hair products so when I get makeup it's an extra bonus in my opinion :D

This month they have sent me the new L'Oreal Liquid Lipsticks...
FORGET everything you know of "Liquid Lipsticks". Now, I want you to think of balms, glosses, stains, lipsticks, all lip products. Now, roll them all into one. What do you get? A Balmy, soft lipstick that doesn't feel sticky yet has the amazing shine of a gloss, has great pigmentation and lasts relatively well!

I am not a huge lover of these but I do like the fact there's nothing else like these on the market. If you're not a fan of lipsticks, you prefer the gloss, but get annoyed you get not a lot of colour payoff-these are great!

Lovely Packaging! 'Scuse the finger prints!!
Tops :)
Applicators & Colours on side of tubes :)
Pros:
-Pigmented
-Soft & Balmy
-Last well (couple hours no retouching needed-which in my opinion is great for something so soft!)
-Fairly Inexpensive
-Lovely packaging
-Nice soft applicator that's a good size too

Fuchsia Drama
Nude Ballet
Cons:
-Smell. I don't mind the smell but it is very strong (kinda passion fruit/mango-ey, so if you don't like strong fruit smells see if you can sniff it out in store first!)

That's it, the smell is literally all I can think of that is wrong with this product! I really like these :) Go get yours here: http://www.boots.com/en/Loreal-LExtraordinaire-Liquid-Lipstick-by-Color-Riche_1427476/
There's a tonne of colours to choose from! I am looking out for a purple :3 x

*UPDATE-I found this amazing gal on YouTube who swatches stuff really well-Give her a Subbie! https://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=channel%3A52941ae4-0-2179-99e6-1a11c2d77a&feature=iv&src_vid=w-aIejpAGf8&v=B7h5VEFWX6I

LOTD-Arabian Nights, smokey bronze look :3

So it seems as though Looks of the Days are all I can push out at the moment! In between training/riding Apollo and all the rest of it it's proving difficult guys! Plus Sky's Internet has left a little something to be desired recently so I do apologise and if anybody who works for Sky is reading this. DO SOMETHING PLEASE!?

Anyhoo, LOTD! Arabian Nightss...
I wore this look to go out with Ed (hadn't planned anything to do, just spur moment type thing) and I really like this look because I just kinda slapped everything on and blended till my arm hurt and I ended up looking quite pretty & Glowing :3

My Full GLOWEEYY Face :3
I look really young here!?

The Eyes.

All Products Used!

So the main product features of this look were Urban Decay Naked Original palette, Bourjois Bronzing Primer, Kat Von D Blush in Truth (I can't wait to get another with the new Sephora shipping-Huge Thanks to MissBudgetBeauty for explaining that to me in her video ;) ) and last product would be a good champageney-gold highlighter like Girl Meets Pearl by Benefit!
This look was super easy, as I said I literally whacked everything on and blended out and was quite happy with the end result :D

I have a couple of posts coming up which are a little different one showing you an overview of my beloved filofax (as I know some of you are interested!) and a Contour & Highlight guide! Which was supposed to be up earlier this month but because of Internet problems, job change and me wanting to make it super easy and simple to follow/understand.... it's taking a tad longer than I thought >.<

I love you all, Thank You so much for keeping my blog alive!! x x x

LOTD: Leaving Do of HRTC!

So I am sorry it's taken me so long to post this LOTD I know I left HRTC like over 2 weeks ago now but I've just been so busy trying to settle in to life at a hotel! (So different but I am really enjoying it :)).

This is the makeup I wore on my leaving do for HRTC though and I have to say it was a really lovely evening and I miss everyone a lot :3 x x x

My Full Face :)

My EYESS!

For the main colours on my eyes I wore were from the Too Faced a Few of my Favourite Things holiday palette they were: Moon on their wings, Chocolate Milk, Woollen Mittens & a smudgin' of Dark Chocolate just at the very outer corner & a smudgin of snowflakes on my inner corner!
I lined my top lashline with my NARS liquid pen liner and topped with some (actually, Halloween) lashes that I got from Superdrug agees ago! They're kinda webbed with some lace but you could hardly see that and they actually looked really nice on :) (Love it when you just get a feeling and it works really well!) I also wore Maybelline Rocket Volum mascara, before the lashes (just so you know :3).

Main Products Used!

My other main products used were the lighter side of the Sun Bunny bronzer as a contour and a mix of the melt into spring blush & my Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Nectar as my blush. I also used my Illamasqua highlighter in Fondle but I forgot to add that to the photograph >.<. I just wore balm on my lips.

As I say I really miss working with everyone at HRTC but I am much warmer in the hotel now!! Hope you're all well and not missing my 52WODN posts too much! I promise to try and stay up to date with my posts on here as much as possible on my days off it's my 3rd thing on my list after Apollo & Ed :P (I won't say which is first out of those two though ;) ).

Love you, guys! x x x

February Wishlist!

So I can't come up with a different monthly favourites but, I am very aware of some things I REALLY want but either just can't justify the money/not necessary purchase or I just haven't got round to getting yet as it's never in stock when I go shopping or whatevers, you know what it's like ;)

I have gone in Cheapest-Dearest as I thought that might be a handy order (Also! I apologise for the Screenshots but I don't have these products so I kinda had too!)

First up! Revlon Colorstay Concealer, I love the foundation so I would like to try this concealer out, heard good things about this and read some good reviews...but kinda not enough of them to make the purchase!

Next up (and this is after Emily Noel-from Beauty Broadcast Express-went through and gave some ideas for Naked3 drugstore colours) is the L'Oreal Color Riche Quad in Eau de Rose. Now the only reason I am not wearing this everyday is because a long time ago I bought one of these and I don't know if it was faulty but it had absolutely no pigmentation whatsoever....So, that's why-even after swatching, I cannot buy this yet.

Topshop's Stippling Brush: I never go into Topshop, purely because I cannot afford half the things in there but more and more YouTubers & BBloggers I follow are talking about their makeup and I thought well I might have a sneaky peak on their site and just clocked eyes with this. I am not joking I think this is love at first sight. But I haven't seen or heard anything about it yet so I'll just wait till I do, as I am not paying the postage on top! I am such a scringer! Haha!

Bit more of a step up in price, Blanc Type eyeshadow from MAC. My favourite under brow highlight (matte) colour is Cream Coloured Ponies from the Too Faced Christmas A few of my favourite things palette and I think that this is going to be pretty close. I do plan on taking that palette to my local MAC counter and asking them to just GIVE ME the closest colour as I NEED IT! Haha!

And, lastly, again I am looking for a MAC dupe, but it's a dupe of a MAC product! The Lady Gaga Viva Glam 2 Lipstick is my absolute favourite Nude and I cannot get NYX Circe lipstick over here easily, so when I was last at MAC I asked the lady and she asked me to bring back my tube so we could have a little search together (when I do this I also plan on taking it to Boots & Superdrug and doing the same there, so I'll do a post on it :)).

So those are my February Wishlist products and I'll see you guys soon, up next I think I have a LOTD! Please note that where I've just changed my job I've gone from working Part Time normal hours to working Full Time shifts so it's taking me time to learn everything in my new job and get my schedule sorted but I am getting there and hope you guys think I am doing well juggling it all!

I love you all and will see you in the next post ;) x x x
