52WODN A Double Bubble Post ;)

Going on from my apology for being such a bad blogger I have decided to do a double 52WODN! Just to prove that I DO change my nails EVERY WEEK! :P

I was actually quite disappointed with the Revlon Mon Cherry (plain red above) as it chipped within minutes of me wearing it? Bad! But I think it may be faulty as I've never had a problem with Revlon polishes before :S I also don't think that the photo does justice to the Barry M Ruby Glitter polish as it's just BEAUTIFUL in real life XD

I hope you like these two, they are from the last two previous weeks as this week I am going...wait for it...BARE!? Only till Saturday as I want to try out a new cuticle cream/oil thing AND I want to make my nails SUPER special for Saturday Night's HRTC Xmas Party! :) Love you all, see you in the next post which may be not very beauty related :P x x x

52 WODN 4.11.13 Space Inspired...Out of this world :')

When you touch me I die, just a little inside, I wonder if this could be love, this could be love, cos' you're out this world, galaxy, space & time, I wonder if this could be love, this could love!! I am so in LOVE with Gaga's new song VENUS! I just think its so catchy and amazing, kinda reminiscent of Judas and I just cannot stop listening to it XD. Anyhoo, That is why this nail look is OUT of this world!

Polishes used-Barry M's Pink Sapphire Glitter & Sally Hansen's Purple Pulse

I am kinda into everything space-y at the moment, I've always loved the Star Trek movies :3 I am reading Hitch hiker's Guide to the galaxy (currently on the second part where they land on earth billions and billions of years ago) and I've been reading a lot into big bang & moon landing conspiracy theories :P haha, this is all in my spare time of course :P x

52 weeks of Delicious Nails 13.5.13 Green, Green, Green :D

Towards the end of last week the weather went SO cold! (or at least, quite rainy and windy-hence my power cut!! grrrr) And so this week I didn't really want too much of a Bright colour but felt like I wanted something sophisticated and sexy. So, I went for this matte forest green shade by Revlon "Emerald City" 032
and Simply coated the thumbs with Barry M's "Silver Glitter" 149 to give a bit of an interesting nail or feature nail to break up the dull greenness. That, and, I might just love glitter a tiny weeny bit :P

One thing I will say though, is I don't understand these "Matte" shades, I have it on now, it doesn't look very matte to me, granted-its not gloss. But it's not matte? I just don't get it :/

Also, look at these adorable chocolates my grandma bought me!! I thought these were sooo cute and they tasted so great! Bought from a local independent sweet shop too! :') x

52 Weeks of Delicious Nails 15.4.13

My Left Hand

 First week back to College after Easter Break, I wanted something soft & pretty yet well groomed and smart. I decided that muted pink and silvery glittery pink would be the way forward! XD I used Illamasqua's Jan as the Muted Pink shade (THIS STUFF STAYED ON FOR NEARLY 2 WEEKS BTW!) and the Glittery ones are Barry M's Pink Silver Glitter Nail Paint (number 337).

 Below is My Gran's Nails (just cos' they're pretty!) The colour is gorgeous on her skin and is actually from one of those cheapy sets you get when you buy a makeup case. Probably something like Colour Club(?) It's unnamed and unbranded but worth the picture :')

So, Every week I paint my nails a different design and colour, I don't have as many nail polish's as some people on youtube, neither do I have/use all OPI or Essie or China Glaze ;).
I actually think the majority of my nail polishes are Barry M, Models Own, Illamasqua (all apart from one recieved in the Mystery boxes) and Revlon.
This is what I did for New Year's and I used Barry M's Buzz Edition in Dark Pink and Covered it with Barry M's Pink Sapphire Glitter 352.
