Crazy Dark Lips...Vampy for the season of Winter LOTD Plus 52WODN

 Hello! And Welcome Back! :)

So the first Look of the day and the first 52WODN of the year! Woo! (Sorry it's a tad late, as I am sure some of you saw my tweets/statuses/everythingss saying that my SD card reader gave up on me and I had NO WAY of uploading pictures! Apart from on Instagram so if you're not following me, go do that now.)


My first look, especially this time of year, would surely not be okay unless it was a winter-ey dark, kinda thing...I am rambling.
Here's my full face!

So as you can see this face is very fresh considering it was just after all the Christmas eating!
Really nice vampy dark lips, with a soft eye, kinda golden-esque.

All Products Used...

All the products I used are above, for the lips I used Estee Lauder gloss in Extravagant plum with NARS' Valparaiso underneath it. Fashionista Eyeshadows in Nude Glimmer (mainly). MAC's Saturn mineralize blush (from heavenly creatures collection).

Now for the 52WODNs: I wanted something not sparkly/with no glitter for once!

I am in love with this Matte Polish by Revlon "Emerald City" and the Purple is Plum Night (Both of which I either got at Poundland or a market-so KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED PEOPLE!) you can get some real bargains at Poundland atm, I got 2 L'Oreal polishes for £1 each instead of £4.99 each!

52WODN A Double Bubble Post ;)

Going on from my apology for being such a bad blogger I have decided to do a double 52WODN! Just to prove that I DO change my nails EVERY WEEK! :P

I was actually quite disappointed with the Revlon Mon Cherry (plain red above) as it chipped within minutes of me wearing it? Bad! But I think it may be faulty as I've never had a problem with Revlon polishes before :S I also don't think that the photo does justice to the Barry M Ruby Glitter polish as it's just BEAUTIFUL in real life XD

I hope you like these two, they are from the last two previous weeks as this week I am going...wait for it...BARE!? Only till Saturday as I want to try out a new cuticle cream/oil thing AND I want to make my nails SUPER special for Saturday Night's HRTC Xmas Party! :) Love you all, see you in the next post which may be not very beauty related :P x x x

Halloween 52 WODN & I am going away tonight!

Today's 52WODN is for HALLOWEEN WEEK. Yes, sorry it's taken so long for anything Halloween-ey to be posted on here, but, tbh....I really don't like Halloween :( I don't like getting scared. I am such a wuss and Grannie I know but it's really not my thing...Christmas on the other hand!!-Don't get me started!! :D

So yeah, for this week I decided to do a 52WODN post that had my gruesome (kinda pretty) nails...

Don't they kinda look like bloody lungs or body bits?? D: I dunno, but this is the best gore I can do :P
To get this look I just put on some Barry M Croc effect on top of just a wet base coat and once dry painted over Revlon's Mon Cherry -just the once to get the blood-ey effect :S

So, what d'ya think?? Not too bad, eh? :/ haha, well apart from Cutesey Frankensteins and fangs this was as horrible as I could go!

I go away tonight to see ma friend Annie at Uni! So I am excited for that and what shenanigans it may bring... ;) but keep your eyes peeled as there is a LOTD scheduled for tomorrow :) x x x

52WODN: 9.9.13 Green is Green with a shimmer of pink XD

Firstly, I am so sorry that this post is late and that now all my posts are a day late but this weekend has been so hectic with an ill Grandma and Alesford show. The show went really well but I had to wake up at 4:30am to get everything ready with Flick! :S

But anyways, for my nails this week I really wanted something smart and yet shimmerey so I ended up with using Revlon's 032 Emerald City Matte polish as my base and 261 Sparkling as my glitter XD

And I have to say this week I think RIGHT HAND WINS! WOOO! haha, if you don't know what I mean by that just take a look at some of my previous week's nails :P

52 weeks of Delicious Nails 13.5.13 Green, Green, Green :D

Towards the end of last week the weather went SO cold! (or at least, quite rainy and windy-hence my power cut!! grrrr) And so this week I didn't really want too much of a Bright colour but felt like I wanted something sophisticated and sexy. So, I went for this matte forest green shade by Revlon "Emerald City" 032
and Simply coated the thumbs with Barry M's "Silver Glitter" 149 to give a bit of an interesting nail or feature nail to break up the dull greenness. That, and, I might just love glitter a tiny weeny bit :P

One thing I will say though, is I don't understand these "Matte" shades, I have it on now, it doesn't look very matte to me, granted-its not gloss. But it's not matte? I just don't get it :/

Also, look at these adorable chocolates my grandma bought me!! I thought these were sooo cute and they tasted so great! Bought from a local independent sweet shop too! :') x
